Daniel A. Tysver
Dan focuses primarily on the areas of computer technology, mobile devices, and consumer electronics. He assists clients with patent applications, as well as patent strategy, competitive patent analysis, litigation assistance, and post-grant proceedings before the U.S. Patent Office. Dan received his undergraduate degree in physics from Carleton College, and his law degree from Harvard Law School.
Robert C. Beck
Bob has spent most of his career representing medical device companies. Bob’s clients have included Endocardial Solutions and Transoma Medical. After working with 3M and Medtronic, Bob was a partner with large patent firm before forming Beck & Tysver. Bob taught patent law for many years at the University of Minnesota, and often serves as a legal expert in patent litigation.
James Chris Evans
Chris has substantial technical experience in computer and information technology, environmental science, climate dynamics, modeling, mathematics, and statistics. His Ph.D. research at Florida State University involved computational fluid dynamics modeling of ocean physics. He graduated as a J.D. with honors from the University of Texas School of Law, and is a licensed patent attorney.
James M. Urzedowski
James Urzedowski is a patent attorney focusing on protecting innovation relating to medical devices, computer technologies, and general mechanical inventions. In addition to patent applications and prosecution, James has aided his clients in all areas of intellectual property, including trademarks, copyrights, and licensing agreements.
